Scheduled arrival
We confirm building access, elevator reservations and COI paperwork for condos in advance.

Protected workspace
Floors and furniture get covered, cartons are opened in a staged area, hardware is sorted and counted.

Precision build
Panels aligned, drawers squared, doors adjusted, everything leveled — cordless tools used at correct torque.

Safety anchoring
Tall or tip-prone pieces are anchored into studs, concrete or block with the right fasteners for the wall type.

Cleanup & haul-out
Cartons flattened, packing foam bagged, work area vacuumed and debris removed.

Walkthrough & aftercare
We test every drawer and door with you, then leave spare hardware labeled and a number to call if anything shifts.
